1. The 'prejudice or harassment' cannot be the case with clear rubrics criteria
2. The College level committee decision signifies the narrow expertise of particular subject area (that may not be found University-wide)
3. The presence of Friends/other representatives may be applicable to 'oral' forms of examination only or unrelated to the grade appeal cases
