This course gives the students an introduction to the business law. There will be given the basic terminology that is necessary to be able to operate with, such as property, transactions, contract, international contract, taxes, banking system. Every theme of the lecture is illustrated with the cases occurred in business practice as well as will be made a comparison with the correspondent experience of other countries.
