This course will cover a comprehensive and wide range of employee training and development activities. It will discuss the issues to clarify the role of training and development in the management of human resources in the organizational context. Students will be prepared to creat training programs for different levels of employees – including training needs assessment, learning principles, training methods, organizing training contents, and training evaluation methods.
