This course introduces students to the basic doctrines of the legal system of RK. The course reflects the breadth and diversity of the legal system of RK and covers all its main branches, including Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Labor Law, Financial Law, Criminal Law etc. The aim of the course is to provide a framework to understand the normative dimensions of the current legal system of Republic of Kazakhstan. Accordingly, students are asked to consider the theoretical arguments, processes and frameworks that provide the structure of the legal system of Republic of Kazakhstan, and to analyze their practical application to world issues of current concern.
