This is an introductory course for master's students. The main goal of the course is to present students with a basic yet comprehensive understanding of the field of public administration. Students will be acquainted with various terms, definitions, theories, concepts, and models used in the field. At the end of the course, students should have a clear understanding of the processes and mechanisms of public decision-making and implementation. The course covers aspects of government bureaucracy, public policy, human resources management, strategic management, social equity, ethics, and emerging trends that influence public administration.
