This course reviews, in an extensive manner, the individual criminal violations and the specific punishments applicable to each, in accordance with acting criminal law of Kazakhstan. In particular, the course deals with criminal violations against human life and health; against freedom, honor and dignity of persons; against sexual inviolability and freedom; against the constitutional rights and freedoms; and against family and minors. Students will learn rules with respect to the criminal violations against the fundamentals of the constitutional system and state security. Criminal violations against property and criminal violations in the sphere of economics will be studied. The course will further examine criminal violations against public security, order and morality; ecological crimes and transport crimes. Finally, students will familiarize themselves with corruption crimes and other crimes against state administration, criminal violations against administration of justice as well as criminal violations against military service.
