The main objective of the course is to provide knowledge of performance management and compensation practices, and their role in promoting organizations’ competitive advantage. Students will get a view of the roles of competent HR professionals by having a sound understanding of the context of compensation practice, the criteria used to evaluate employees’ performance, compensation system design and its components, bonus schemes and benefits, and other contemporary HR challenges that they will face in the real business environment.
