Welcome to the MGT5201 Organizational Behavior & Leadership Ethics (OBLE) course!
This course shows how people behave in an organization, what factors influence their decisions and actions, how managers and leaders are involved and affect employees` engagement, corporate culture and the overall company’s success.
As OB field is concerned specifically with employment-related situations, it examines behavior in the context of job satisfaction, effective performance, team processes, interpersonal communication, and corporate culture. This course covers the following core topics: Interpersonal communication, Team structure and processes, Stress, conflict and negotiation, Self-development, HR management, Organizational change management, and Leadership standards and Ethics.
